Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products that have been worn, installed, altered, or washed cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
